Kfc

I came into this KFC location, which is not my first visit, but it's been quite a long time since I've been there. There was a long drive thru line so I went in to order. There was only one person in front of me. When I finally was able to place my order I asked for the 12 piece bucket with 3 sides but I also asked for legs and thighs. When I picked up my bucket I thought gosh this is heavy! Well, when I got home I found that the young girl who filled my order had put in almost all "backs" and only a few tiny legs. So I tried to call the store back several times and nobody ever answered. Now, I realize that telling the difference between a back and a thigh can sometimes be hard but not "that" hard and that is up to the manager to train employees in the different chicken parts. The point is that I didn't get what I ordered and for the price I paid that should have been a given. I do not know if this young woman truly did not know the difference between these two chicken parts but I will say that she appeared to be working hard. Things cost too much these days to not take just a little time to get it right for the customer. This is the Managers job.

The staff was extremely rude. I ordered my food waited over five minutes at the speaker to then be greeted and told to wait again. The order taker was talking to someone else the entire time, interrupting me, laughing and saying “I’m dead.” I then get told to pull up after I pay, where I wait almost 20 minutes for them to give me cold food and fries. 20 minutes for this?? I only ordered one combo. I have worked in fast food and I try to not be a “Karen” but this is ridiculous. When I said something about my food the person got an attitude and said “we had big orders so you have to wait”. But I was pulled to the front parking lot and no cars entered the drive through while I was there… this place is terrible man. Update: I waited over 10 minutes for my fries to get replaced, I just asked for a refund and gave the food back.

This is consistently the worst kfc in winston salem. You can even say its the worst kfc in north carolina. The staff is rude. The wait is always long. Horrible food quality. Something needs to change. Dont even think about buying food here. Just skip it. I never leave bad reviews because i come from a restaurant background. This review just proves how poorly run this restaurant is.

Only giving one star because I did get my food and the KFC fries were ok. The service was horrible!!! Absolutely rude and straight up undeserving behavior towards consumers. Chicken was dry and i never get long John's chicken because i don't have one at home. All the chicken was like pieces of planks no whole planks. Needless to say we won't be patroning there again unless we literally have NO other option. Good luck!

This was one of the best places that l have been to all year with regards to workplace attitudes. My sister's sugar had dropped making her a little clumsy. She spilled my drink all over the table. The manager and employees were so understanding and non judgemental that my sister wasn't mortified or made to feel anything "less than" human. The food was great as always. My overall takeaway was 100+. We will definitely be returning and look forward to seeing all the smiling faces. Kudos to the manager and her crew!! Well done!
