Bojangles

This place has always been terrible I only go here because my brother likes it. Slow service rude workers something always seems to be down but this is the last straw got breakfast relatively fast this morning as I was eating I see something black and to my horror it was a dead fly I spit out my food is disgust. DO NOT GO HERE

Way faster and nicer than their sibling location on University. Lots of turnover, had my credit card stolen here by a staff person, lines can be slow, but this is the place to get biscuits in Winston. As a bonus, there are very nice trees in the parking lot that you can look at while you wait for up to twenty minutes in line.

Slowest location I've ever been to. Staff tends to ignore customers inside and the state of the dining room. Drive through is ridiculously slow, even during off times. Staff is friendly, but they need more help or need to work on organizing a bit better. Food is generally sub-par in quality and temperature. I generally avoid this location in favor of other restaurants in the area - I'd rather drive 10 extra minutes to another Bojangles.

There prices on LG sweet tea is outrageous I paid 7.17 plus tax for 3 LG teas that are 80% ice 20% and a half gallon of tea only cost around $3.50 and I'm sure I could of got cups of ice for hardly nothing and still come out way cheaper because $7.17 plus tax only buys you a 3 cups of ice and maybe half of a half gallon tea plus paid 3.99 for family size bo rounds and only received only a half order and my biscuits fell apart to crumbs what a wasted $16.22 next time I know to go to McDonald's I could got almost same things for half the price and there biscuits don't fall apart and crumble to crumbs. Thanks Bojangles way to rip me off and the last time you will ever rip me of again

The only thing I can say about this particular bojangle. Is that they was very Short staff. And they need mature people (older people) to work there. Because the young people didn't have that get up and let's wait on people. Instead they will and I would assume that this particular individual male guy had just gotten off from work and went outside and came back in with his backpack on his back going behind the counter fixing himself something to eat. And said, WOW! Will the manager was at that particular time which she was a young person as well I don't know if she know anything about running a business because it was a bunch of young people and it was just seem to be walking around with the head cut off and not knowing what they are doing.

I had a really good BLT chicken sandwich from Bojangles. They get five stars. Biggest tomato slice in years and a ton of fresh lettuce! Then the next day they gave me the wrong sandwich and it wasn't cooked right. Too chewy and unable to finish it. So I guess it's an average of three stars. I tried to ask four times for the right sandwich but the speaker is messed up. They had five stars yesterday.
