Kfc

I went to KFC, on my break around 3:19pm. First off, the lady that took my order was rude, especially when I had to add on an item at the window. Then when I get home, eat, then I start eating my cookie. And guess what date it has on it. 6/30/19. And why shouldn’t I ask for a manager? Because they are just as rude. I am a manager at McDonald’s, not mentioning which one. Never had this issue with any other KFC, but this one. They need to learn hospitality or don’t get a job at all. If you can’t be customer friendly. Funny how some attitudes can change when you tell the worker to have a good day, I’m nice to people whether I’m working or not, I have bad days myself, but I try to keep it at home and not bring my problems to work, even when I deal with an upset customer, I do everything I can to make their experience a satisfactory. It makes me happy to see smiles on customers faces as they come and go.

This is at least the third time I have been to this KFC in a year. I have only gotten food once. Why? Because they never have what I want! This time it was 7:30 pm on a Sunday night and they didn’t have any crispy chicken and only had one piece of grilled (I needed 12 piece). I asked them if they planned to put more on. “No”... me: “can you?” Them “it will be a 45 min to 1 hr wait”. Staff obviously didn’t want to be there and was not happy that a customer was asking for food. At this point I usually just go across street to McDonald’s but my wife reminded me their was a Bojangles down the road. Went there. They were happy to see me but unfortunately did not have enough chicken. They said it would be a 8 minute wait (does kfc have to pluck the chickens?-1hr-what?). Then he turned around and offered me a free drink while I waited. That’s customer service!

I am not a KFC fan anymore. The last 5 of 6 trips have had cold old chicken and the service has been deplorable. My only reason for visiting this night is my cousin insisted this is what she wanted. The chicken was fresh and they had certain pieces unavailable as usual. This company spends more on advertising that on trying to satisfy the customers. I don't see me ever wasting my time or effort to support another Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise.

Two ladies up front working today at 2pm were rude from the get go. Literally walked away ignoring us as we tried to order and I didn’t finish before she walked away to make our food. No straws out at the drink machine and didn’t want to choose any of the tables to sit at because they were all nasty and hadn’t been wiped down at all. Just all around 0 stars for the service here. Told another customer behind us it would be 20 minutes for the small chicken platter he was ordering. Ridiculous.

They were very short staffed ,lady apologized. Think she said had 1 cook she was multi tasking .The place needs a very good cleaning. Some supervisor needs to stop by and check out the place .Please clean behind counter where food is bring prepared and dirty floors and area for public . Doubt seriously if I will ever go back. Only reason didn't leave wanted grands to have super before dad picked them up time was of essence.

Very Disappointed. When we lived in Florida we went once a week. I thought being a national chain they would all be the same but not so. The chicken is always dry and overcooked and even the biscuits are dry(especially disappointing my husband). We keep saying we are done but because we carve fried chicken we keep hoping it will get better. IT DOESN'T.

Ate there around 5:30 or 6 this evening. I noticed how dirty it was as soon as we walked in! There was trash on the floor in several different areas of the restaurant. There was only one other group of people dining so it's not like the employees were so busy that they couldn't have at least wiped down the dirty tables and swept up the trash. I ordered the BBQ chicken but was given the hot and spicy. It was really, really spicy!! Overall it was a disappointing experience. I'll never go back to this kfc!
