Wendy's

Visited this location several times for breakfast using the drive thru. Stopped today, 2/13/22, at about 9:00 am, the female greeted us but she spoke so fast I didn’t understand what she said. I asked her to repeat what she said and she got smart and talked to me like I was stupid. This isn’t the first time this has happened. They talk to fast and it is hard to understand what was said. Needless to say I didn’t order anything and drive off. When in customer service you don’t get smart mouth or get an attitude. I will not be back.

The black lady working the Drive thru window this morning around 8:30am was horrible! She was rude, aggressive, and very unprofessional. She cut me off 3 times, very hateful and racist / prejudice. She made me wait 15 minutes for the order (2-biscuits and 2-drinks) and I was the only customer there. Then she blessed me out when I ask how much longer she thought it would take! This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I hoped it would be better this time, but NO. If they do this to your face, what are they doing to your food?!?!?! NEVER going back to this DUMP!

Good Strawberry Frosty, but 20min for DT to get food. This is in addition to waiting 5 min at menu for them to take my order. They had only 2 cars ahead of me, and after getting to window my frosty was melting before I got my burger and fries. I love Wendy's, but this location needs help! Last time I was at this location was in March with a huge wait in DT, then told I had to come inside and waited there forever.

Firstly, pulled up and there’s a couple of workers LAYING ON THE SIDE WALK OUTSIDE!? Then some man came out the kitchen and smoked him a blunt and went right back inside. Then I only order two Parmesan chicken salads but when I got to the window after 15 minutes they gone say they out of chicken for the salad. Will not be returning.

The time was 5 pm in the drive thru, the lady on the speaker was rude and also after making us wait an extended period of time, told us they were out of baked potatoes. A manager could have put a sign up on the menu. Gas is too high and it is too hot outside to wait and wait to find out, what you wanted, they don't have!!!

First visit to this store and I think I know why it is not busy. I placed an order around 2:30pm at the counter since no customers were present and the drive thru was light. I waited approximately 5 minutes before someone took my order and I requested hot fries along with a fresh grilled chicken sandwich knowing I would wait longer for my meal. When my meal arrived, I was very disappointed with the overall product and experience. Although all items were hot, the fries were dark in color and tasted like they were cooked twice in old oil. Further, the size definitely was not large as I could have easily put them into a small fries bag. The chicken also looked unappetizing with the wrong lettuce and brown coloring on the sandwich. It tasted dry and like it was recooked on a dirty grill with a geasy hamburger flavor. When I inquired, I was told that is just how they do it at this store and that the Spring Lettuce is no longer used here. I eat out at fastfood establishments about 3-4 times a week during my frequent travels and often choose Wendys for the quality product and menu consistency. This is not the first time I have requested a fresh meal from Wendys and know how it should be. I do not think that Wendys would be able to compete in the current market space if they did not adhere to a corporate ethos that engenders trust and commitment to quality but it is obviously lacking at this store!
