Mcdonald's

I stopped here for a caramel sundae for my girls after I found out that Yolo Rollo Ice Cream is inside the mall. When I got there, they were closed but the drive thru was open but it had a long line. I sat in the line, which moved in an expected pace. Too slow for just a caramel sundae, but I waited. The ladies at the drive thru were nice. When I pulled up to the first window to pat, for some reasons, she couldn't find my order. After fixing it and took my payment, I went to the next window to pick up my sundae. Got back to the hotel, and my girls enjoyed the sundae.

The woman who took my order was a special person, she was kind smiling she.made me smile and feel appreciated I remember her and the people I met. The food is.okay but I enjoy home cooking. So I took a.chance on ordering. I prayed over the.sandwhich and coffee and hash browns before consumption. Very clean and peaceful environment. Okay people its time to get on the bike trail have a bless day all of you.

It was lunchtime & they were busy. However we were able to place our order & we received our food fairly quickly considering how long the drive thru line was when we pulled up. Our order was correct & food was hot. But the shake was so small & didn't even fill up the cup + our fries were in the bottom of the bag. The value, size, & taste of food does not meet the crazy high prices they are now charging for the food they provide. But it works if u r n a hurry.

Waited 53 minutes in drive thru line to place an order for an iced coffee. If I wasn't a third shiftter I could of done without but this has been ongoing for months the long lines from 10pm and after. Staff was polite the one or 2 people I saw but they are in need of staff to keep the line moving to keep customers. Update 11/7/2021 didn't wait an hour for coffee this time however this is the ice cream cone that I ordered.....🤔 Still trying to figure out where the rest of it is..... The lady said the cones come in a bag and are all broken but she could make another one. I told her no worries, not necessary if they're all broken. I should know by now to go to a different location. But I remain hopeful for improved quality and customer service.

Opened for breakfast? SURE, both drive through lanes and the dining room are opened, come on in! Open for dinner? Nope. They shut down half their drive thru, take forever to take anyone's order, create a line around the restaurant, refuse to open the doors so those of us who don't want to wait an hour can walk in and order, and then they stare at you like you're the a**hole when you try to open the door during the posted time that it is supposed to be opened. Whatever manager thought that closing 2/3 of the store at 5pm was a good idea during the time when most people would be coming for food needs fired, they're why this location loses money.

Waited an hour in line with only about 5 cars in front of me. Finally get my food and look in the bag, everything looks right so I leave. As soon as I get home I realize my nuggets have been replaced by 2 cheeseburgers with nothing but one pickle (???) on each. Lol. At least I got something, I guess, albeit pretty unappetizing.
