Mcdonald's

This location has horrible customer service!! My experience was terrible. From sitting in the line 5 minutes til midnight in the dark to unprofessional behavior of a manager. I was given the wrong order and when I returned after realizing it. The manager, Maddie requested that I come back the next day because she had turned out all the grills. As a result of her request, I asked for my money back and she got a nasty attitude and was talking to me in an unprofessional manner. Then when she went to give me my money back she was slanging things around and yelling as thought I couldn’t hear nor see her through the window. As a manager, her behavior was unacceptable!! I will never eat at this location McDonald’s.

don't really know how many braincells it takes to work at mcdonalds but its ridiculous that i have to wait 15 minutes to have my order taken, and the fact i have to repeat my order several times because the girl is to stupid to open her ears. then she took something off my order but couldnt remeber how to do it and had to wait even longer, i ended up just leaving. needs better staff.

6/16/22. Go through drive thru place my order, which included a large combo. Get to the window she hands me a medium drink. I tell her i ordered a large combo. Bewildered, she turns to the girl making the drinks says it supposed to be a large. Both of them have their back to me for a second then she hands me the drink back. Large cup half to 2/3 fulls. Ok whatever. Get my food large fry container half full. And the wrong sammich made the way i asked. But a cheaper burger. So i apid full price for food i couldve got from the dollar menu. From what i read here there's no use in talking to manage.ment. So just dont eat there

Very rude and disrespectful! Went through the drive thru and the person was yelling at me and raised their voice when they didn’t hear me the first time. And when they said hold on one second you could hear other employees cussing in the background. They need better customer service. Do not recommend going back because they treat customers terribly.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was asked to.wait a couple of times (which I didn't mind). When the lady finally came back to the speaker she asked what I wanted. Once I gave my order I seen that she did not have everything up there on thr screen so I had to repeat it like 4 or 5 times. I didn't know if it was her speaker or what. But she got smart with me a few times. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNNECESSARY!!! All she had to do was tell me to pull up to her window so that we can get the correct order instead she had to get smart this was not necessary at all and I wonder where was the manager when all of this was going on.
