Guys, this is the second lockdown we've had and every day when I walk past, the blonde-haired staff member has mask down around her chin, and the guy who is on the back actually making the food doesn't even wear a mask. And yes, same deal last time we had mandatory masks. Why would I spend money at a place that clearly doesn't care about public safety orders?

Five of us went to try this restaurant with great anticipation as we’d been to Japan in January. We were greeted and the early service was very good, our meals were as described and delicious. We had dinner at Susuru last Friday night after months of wanting to try it out and it didn’t disappoint! The ramen was warm and tasty and gyoza were great. Meals came out quickly and staff were friendly and prompt.

Used to be a fan of this and was getting it almost daily however just the past few times lack of chicken etc they always just scoop out the Pasta and leave the chicken... at one order I only got avocado when it says chicken and avocado. Not very happy and definitely won’t be coming back with my family and friends if this continues to happen.
