Denny's

Wow! I’m just overwhelmed with disappointment with my meal. We order 2X cinnamon roll pancakes meal, the Slamwich and the All-American Breakfast. To start, the pancakes were burnt to crisp. It smelled burnt in the car but I assumed it was the sausages. Our food was called in for us to pick it up and everything was order correctly but it seemed like the cooks thought they could hide the pancakes under all the sugar and icing toppings. So disappointing. Since they are closed, definitely plan to go up there tomorrow morning for a refund or a remake.

Took my daughter out there, they had excellent service for a change. A way to was kind and considerate of our wishes. The food was hot and made correctly, the way we wanted it. Which was not the way the menu stated. I will eat there again. Our food was out in less than 15 minutes we had an enjoyable meal.

Stopped for breakfast on Mother's Day. The place was mostly empty (should have been a red flag). After getting seated by the hostess I saw there were cup rings and syrup spots on the table, it clearly HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. Plenty of other open tables though so I planned on asking to move. After 10 mins at the table though and still no waiter/waitress coming over to even greet us or get us drinks, me and my family left.

The food was okay. There is a food allergy we had to be conscious about which the staff didn't really know how to find. This was ultimately remedied but I feel that the staff should have knowledge of the allergy menu going forward. The wait staff was a little slow but friendly. And the restaurant was a little unclean, but I'm sure that it was just after a Sunday lunch rush. Overall, it was an okay experience and I'd go back.

The waitress was very sweet and attentive however...new cook in kitchen with almost no training. My food wasn't as i ordered even though she put it in like i asked and no i didn't order anything crazy just didn't want the sauceon my sandwich. Never saw the manager one time while there and unfortunately 2 delivery people where there to pick up food and had stood there for over 1/2 hour or longer waiting.....will not return.

Management is a joke and have failed their staff and customers. Only had a single server and a single cook working who, while I was waiting to order, locked the door to prevent other customers from entering. Made my order after a 52 minute wait. Waited another 47 minutes for my food. They messed up my order and told me they couldn't fix it due to online orders backing up the kitchen. Was charged full price, even though I didn't get the toast and sausage I ordered and my sandwich was missing it's side. Basically... This Denny's is so poorly managed that I recommend goin next door to Ihop.
