Taco Bell

The folks at Taco Bell were BUSY when I dropped in to pick up my order. They were busting their hump to get orders out but still stopped to recognize an error on my order (my error) and stopped to correct what I messed up. They also offered me a free beverage while I waited. I was impressed with the service and tenacity as they worked. I also saw how much they cared for each other, hugging as an employee clocked out to end their shift. That same employee, checked on me again on the way out the door (she was done for the day!). Great work guys. I would pay more for a taco to get you all raises.

The food was really good. I have no complaints about the food and that's why I'm giving it 2 stars. My issues were the staff. Not only was there very inappropriate music blaring from the kitchen, but the staff were yelling, talking inappropriately, and goofing off in the dining room, manager included in all of this. Staff definitely needs to be retrained. Not a great dine-in experience at all.

Yet again messed up our order and dude at drive thru was ridiculously rude Made cars wait so long they probably thought they were closed saw people driving off cause he wasnt responding.Ordered a box made supreme and a bunch of random stuff and the bag n box looked like it was thrown in there by a major league baseball player. Called but no answer. Ill take it as a lesson learned.
