The staff here are all incredibly friendly and the owner is a really sweet lady who always stops to say hello. I come here whenever I am in Albany. The crispy chicken wrap is my favorite, and the onion rings are delicious too. If you're not a fan of crowds, come around 2:30 because it's nearly empty at that time, but it's packed earlier in the lunch hour.

The Jules on ciabatta? Delicious! Do yourself a favor and get your sandwiches here instead of the chain shops. Real bacon, quality deli slices and the toasted bun are ridiculous together.
Busy during lunch hours but it's a really chill spot where the employees seem like they're having a good time themselves. LOVE this place!

Awesome breakfast and lunch cafe. Very crowded at lunch time - and it deserves to be. Go before noon or after 2:00, otherwise you will have to wait in line. The food and friendly staff are worth the wait!

They just open in lathem were i work omg im so glad theres nothing around to eat good food i had the roastbeef with hot peppers it was so fresh and they use boars head meats sandwich was awesome the ladies working there are great ladies im so glad they came big variety of things lots good food from hot to cold,salads etc i was not disappointed with my sandwich at all ty for a great lunch see ya soon

Friendly staff, tasty classic food, and cool coffee flavors. If you want pricey gourmet options, go to Better Bite. If you want a great burger made to order in front of you, go here! The line is out the door sometimes but if you call ahead they will have your food ready when you walk in. They are great about customizing for food needs or going off menu if I am just craving onion rings. Probably not recommended if you are gluten free or vegan.

This place has the cafeteria contract for the NYS Education Department, where I work. They usually have the same daily menus, but the restaurant usually has more baked goods. The food is fairly good and service is usually outstanding. They aren't as good as the nearby Better Bite deli, but their prices aren't as high either.

Absolutely the BEST place for lunch. They also own the restaurant in the education building over on hawk st. My husband and I go a couple of times of week. Monday is chicken and Cesar wrap day, Tuesday is quesadilla day and Wednesday is their signature burger day. They are busy during the lunch rush on weekdays but they move very quick.
