Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Arrived at 7:27 and the doors were locked after the website said they closed at 8. When I waved to get an answer as to why they were closing early I was ignored by all four females wearing their AirPods. They ignored me and 3 other customers who were standing outside. I order from THIS LOCATION OFTEN being that I work so close but I will not be ordering again if this is the service they provide. I understand if they were closing for a certain reason but maybe an explanation would of been nice.

Had an amazing experience 11/10 recommend!!! I’ve been a customer of TS for over 10 years back when they inly had locations in Richmond, VA and my most recent visit was by far the best I’ve ever had. The owner manger dude was so awesome and literally a smoothie scientist!! I willing gladly drive 30 minutes from my house just to go to this specific location! 110% worth it!

I decided to try this restaurant out a few months ago, and I'm extremely glad I did. It's now one of my go-to places for a nice treat, especially on a hot day. The smoothies are very large for the price and always extremely delicious. I like trying a new flavor every time I come, and I've never been disappointed. I recommended the place to my family, and now, we are all frequent customers. The staff is always very friendly and quick, the atmosphere is nice, and although I usually just get a smoothie, the food is quite good as well. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone who enjoys smoothies and good food.

Used to come to this location everyday because I used to work at a restaurant a couple doors down. Now I work elsewhere, and set my order ahead of time to pick up on my way to work. I understand being understaffed, but even after ordering online I usually receive a text that if you want your order quicker, then to tap the link. I come in, and my order isn’t even ready. I’m going to be late for work and although it can be by a couple minutes.. the store is pretty dead. Usually I go to the Johns Creek location on my way to work, and I think I will stick to that location.

The food and smoothies here are great, but customer service needs some work. The girl that took our order seemed like she did not want to be there. The smoothies came over 20 minutes after our food was delivered so our food was basically cold by the time they arrived when we ordered the food and smoothies as part of a combo, we were expecting them to come to our table at the same time. I will keep coming back because I really like the food and drinks. I am not writing this review for any free handouts, but rather as a service to my community.

Service was not good enough n comparison to other locations. I came on my lunch, placed my order by phone while waiting outside. Watched people come and go to the point was me lady said did you have a big order?? I replied no. I inquired and also decided to cancel because I had to go back to work and was told your order went to another person, it will be a few minutes wait. I watched the person return and get it corrected from outside. Very interesting that customers realized that I had been waiting but the staff just well I don’t know
