Auntie Anne's

Auntie Anne’s is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get. Sometimes you’ll get a good pretzel, sometimes they’re rock hard and burnt. Sometimes the cheese is good, sometimes it’s super runny, literally like yellow water. Sometimes you’ll get a full cup of cheese, sometimes it’s half full.

Need a pretzel, this is the place in the dimond center mall. I really like that their cheese is a little bit spicy, it adds a lot, oh, and I need the cheese for the salted pretzels, they just work well together. If you are there just before closing, you can get a good discount pretzel, nice late night treat.

Went to the store next to the ice rink and the customer service needs major improvement. The associate obviously did not care about my needs and when brought to the managers attention on site, he did not either. He just said ok and brushed me off as if it did not matter. Having said that, the lemonade is good but a little pricey.

After waiting more than ten minutes it was apparent these employees don't have a solid system for fulfilling orders. It was an absolute mess. They'll say it was busy, but 5 customers in line really shouldn't be such an endeavor for them. They wouldn't be busy if they had their act together. To top it off, for $3.99 I received a salt pretzel smaller than my hand with sections that were thinner than my pinky finger... And it was crunchy even though it was just made. I know the management will say this is inconsistent with their usual standards but that's obviously not the case. Subpar service and quality each time I go.

The pretzels are good but the business is not ran consistently. I'm sitting here waiting for the store to open, they should've been open 7 minutes ago. 5th avenue mall location seems to be better run. Excuse for late start is that the dough is still rising, 4 other people walked away when we heard this.
