Pizza Hut

DO NOT USE THEIR APP!!!! Dominoes is way better. Pizza Hut App sucks. I decided to try Pizza Hut again after several years and even though I selected and checked my order I received a pizza with the wrong toppings. I called the store and offered to drive the wrong topping pizza back and pick up a correct one, and was basically told tough luck and I should pay for another pizza. Guess what? You lost my business and I will tell as many people as possible not to use your app or order pizza through your location. Better than that, I will take their phones, download the Domino's app for them, and let them know exactly how to order and why Pizza Hut is not worth their time or money. I wonder how much a replacement pizza would have cost in comparison to how much revenue I can redirect to your competitor?

Stopped in for the buffet. We arrived as it was being set out. Everything was a good temperature. The variety of pizza was great. The pasta was fresh and not dried out. The salad side was a little disappointing. The dessert pies were excellent. The employees were polite and prompt. The price was excellent. Only thing that was disappointing was that one couple took so much pizza that the buffet was emptied quickly. They took a few bites and left it on their table. The kitchen couldn't keep up so we left before we were truly done eating.

They closed their sit down restaurant, moved east into a strip mall and only offer carry out now. That's not pizza hut, that's pizza to go. Very disappointed as I drove 20 minutes for a nice sit down dinner. We ended up not even ordering and went to another restaurant where we could sit and be served hot food. I will be deleting my pizza hut app from my phone.

I switched to the Anthem Pizza Hut after trying another national pizza chain in Anthem. The other pizza chain got my pizza orders wrong 60% of time. I've placed several orders over several months with Anthem Pizza Hut, and the orders have always been perfect. Anthem Pizza Hut earned my business by providing excellent service and quality.

We ordered the big box deal and got a pepperoni and a cheese pizza delivered. out of 9 people in my house 7 of them became violently ill within 20-30 minutes of eating the pizza. One adult did not eat and our 2 year old only had breadsticks. This is not the first time we have had a poor experience with this pizza hut. In the past they have delivered empty pizza boxes to us and them claimed we were lying about it. they have messed up our order on a repeted basis. We kept saying oh its just an honest mistake.....NOT this time!!! Somthing is terribly wrong with that store. I called to get the corporate complaint number and Beverly said she couldnt give me that info. Kept demanding my name and information. Apparently Steve Stiemsme is the store mgr and Trevor Kyte is the director but he is never in. I called the Health dept and reported this incident. They need to clean up there act and stop poisoning the people of Anthem. Would definately not recommend getting pizza from them. Poor customer service and poor food quality.
