Red Lobster

Great lunch! Ryan was our server - friendly, funny & efficient! Food was excellent- exactly what we ordered. We have plenty left for dinner. I ordered the pick your salad, appetizer (shrimp cocktail) & meal (broiled salmon). Good deal on that combo too! I also had a Berry Sangria - pretty - kind of fruity/koolaidish. Not sure if it had any alcohol.

Good help is hard to find - we get it. Although there were lots of empty tables, the wait was 20-25 minutes. We were willing to wait and put our name on the list and told the hostess we would wait in the bar. We watched people who came in after us get seated and the host walked past us twice. We finally asked and she said she had called us. Hmmm. Our server was fine. The wait for food was a bit long considering how few tables were seated. The plates were hot and the food was warm. It was good but not great. The biscuits were delicious but not worth the hour drive .

Good food. Very polite waitress. Only issue is that you can tell they are struggling with staff. Half the tables stay empty. Wait staff is swamped. The kitchen seems swamped. The waiting times can be easily over an hour. Great place for sure, but you can tell the lack of staff is hurting the overall experience. Still definitely recommend this place. Just be prepared for longer than usual waits. Wait staff, keep killing it, your efforts are noticed.

Don’t waste your time or money! Wait time for a table of 2 was 40/45 minutes, we should have just left at that point. Only decided to wait due to driving an hr just to come have dinner with significant other. We were seated in the back corner of the restaurant and soon noticed a constant chirping noise. Waitress stated it was the door alarm and it couldn’t be silenced as it was broken and couldn’t be serviced until Monday. We ordered an appetizer of calamari which arrived soggy. Garlic biscuits which everyone loves were fresh out of the oven, take a bite and get a mouthful of raw batter in the center. Nothing but disappointment, we left $120.00+ worth of food on the table paid and we’re going to leave. Used the bathroom on our way out, absolutely disgusting. Woman’s room had soiled toilet seats, trash everywhere, moldy ceiling tiles. Our waitress was great, apologetic and attentive to the issues that were out of her control. This location should be closed until they can correct staffing and building issues. Have definitely lost my business!

Great food! No wait at 4:15 pm. There was a few couples waiting when we left. Short staffing and social distancing played a part in that I'm sure. Our waiter Ryan, was excellent and checked on us every 5-10 minutes. Again the food was great and that's the most important thing! Bacon wrapped scallops were delicious, so were the Brussels sprouts!

Very disappointed. Came with my son to celebrate an event. Very strange taste and texture to the lobster, shrimp and salmon I had. Everything was soaked in butter, but even the butter tasted odd. I left half my lobster on my plate. Actually felt a little sick at one point. My son order the petite lobster tail…. Same thing. At first I tried to make him eat it because of the price, but as the meal went on, and I felt sicker and sicker I apologized to him and said don’t even worry about eating it. I didn’t need him getting sick in the Jeep. He ended up not even eating any of his lobster. The best part of my plate was the mashed potatoes. My son only ate his fries. Everything else was basically inedible. After, he asked to get some candy to “get the taste out of his mouth”. Overall very disappointing. Service was good though.

Came here for my anniversary. 1st we were seated away from everyone, like being segregated. 2nd food was horrible, green beans where cold and they brought them out twice, the only thing warm the second time was the bowl. My husbands fish was undone, yet they still served it. My baked potato had some type of black stuff in it as you can see from the picture. No wonder they don’t have business anymore. Service was horrible. My waitress Megan was really nice and tried to fix all the problems but she’s not the cook, and sure wasn’t the hostess. What a way to mess up our anniversary meal. Thanks Red Lobster!
