Made me wait in line for over 10 minutes just to ask for a pair of chop sticks because Sarku was out of them, even though I had asked twice so I could get out of there. Got to the front of the line before they told me they didn't have any. Also severely understaffed. 1 person was up front the whole time despite the lengthy line of people. I will never come back to this location.

Very rude staff. I asked for the kids meal with fried rice and they insisted that I could not get fried rice in a kids meal. I told them I was confused because I had been to panda many times before and got that and they basically accused me of lying. I then proceeded to pay for a more expensive version of this meal and then asked for some water and they told me their water machine was "broken". They had a severe attitude the whole interaction. Won't be going back to this location. Also, majority of the time, their food is not fresh and tastes as if it has been sitting out for hours.

The staff were super unfriendly and rude. I was told to wait a couple minutes for fresh mixed veggies and ended up waiting a lot longer and the veggies weren’t even fully cooked. The employee beforehand tried to put old disgusting looking veggies in my bowl, and when I received it, the old gross ones were in there and the orange chicken tasted gross and old. Overall a horrible experience and will probably never return.

My kids like to eat here. We usually get the fried rice with orange chicken in a bowl, that's the most popular combo they have there. I like that you can see the food right infront of you so you know exactly what your getting. It can get very busy during regular meal time and on weekends. We were there around 4:30 pm on a Friday and it wasn't too busy.
