I have lived near this location for over 10 years and in the past 8 months it has gone WAY downhill. Their customer service is mediocre at best. If you go in after 8 pm forget about getting a hot dog or coffee or anything FRESH as they now no longer make such things after 9pm. And if they do have hotdogs they are hard as rocks. Basically the ONLY thing this location is good for now is beer and cigarettes and I dont drink or smoke so I guess I need to find somewhere else to satisfy my late night munchies. Which is too bad because I live down the street from here. But after the bad treatment and disgustingly bad rock hard hot dog I got tonight I will not go there again

Extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received from the cashier. An older male with a beard who works in the night time. I am not one to write reviews or complain, but if someone is disrespectful, especially if it’s unwarranted— it is something that needs to be brought up. Though I honestly don’t think there will be any reprimanding of the worker as there are plenty of 1-star reviews for this specific location with the same worker; which is a shame. Sigh. You may not enjoy your job and it is understandable how draining it can be to do something you have no passion in to make ends meet, especially during the pandemic, so it is especially emotionally straining.. But do not project these negativities onto others that are just customers going about their day, especially if they are kind to you and have given no reason for you to be rude.

I’ve been visiting this location for many years, but my last three visits may be the end of an era. On each trip my attempts to use my 7 Eleven App points with my phone number were denied by the cashier. Same thing each time with different staff: Phone number goes in, discount pops up, cashier hits a button and cancels it. When I inquired, I was told I couldn’t use it…. Which was the extent of my interaction with the staff. Store hasn’t really seemed to stay on top of fresh coffee (three cups in a row that were cold/stale) or wiping the countertops either. What happened to my go-to store?
