Worst place ever. I hardly ever eat hamburgers or fast food but I was craving a burger. I order for me and my daughter and this is what I bit into. Raw patties. Then they didn’t even give us our iced coffees. I tried calling and reaching out and nobody ever answered or responded. I didn’t eat for 2 days after this. It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The employees ignore you on top of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE unless you want to be ignored and get sick from undercooked food.

They need new managers and new cooks. These are double cheese burgers and mc chickens. They use the middle bun of mig mac's for the top and bottom buns. They can't even do a burger correctly and complains about a higher pay.

I'm glad to see the new renovations being made. It was getting pretty run down. Looking good!!! There's too much employee turnover too often. I wish they would change their menu board every time prices change. I frequent this fast food restaurant several times a week.

The So called manager argued with me about what a large drink. I come to this location all of the time. I think I know the difference between large and medium. To make it worse, she walked off and threw her hand up as to say " I'm Done Talking To You....Terrible customer service experience today....Just in case you( shift manager 10:45am) need to know the difference, I've attached a picture in this review. I will be emailing corporate, the store manager and the regional DM.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald’s they literally gave me Breed and cheese and no meat , how do you forget the meat. I will never eat here again and will also tell friends and colleagues not to either. A manger needs to reach out. This happened tonight around 9:10 pm

The first window attendant was nice. The second attendant was rude and actually cussed at me when I asked for ketsup. If that's the way customer service is going to be I don't understand why you are hiring people with such nasty attitudes. Please understand if this is your job and you want the public to stand with you that you deserve $15 an hour then why don't you extend a positive attitude and show the Public you deserve the money your asking for.

My hash browns tasted just like pee can taste the smell once I expressed my concerns instead of a human like apology it was how do you know what pee taste like While getting smart I noticed it looked as if one of my hash browns were dropped I had my boyfriend camera to take a picture of what I seen (debris of dirt) I was told by Carrie a manager supposedly that I was doing too much for taking a picture of what I seen on my food Idid respond and said I apologize if you feel like Im doing too much about my food I asked for a refund and immediately the gentleman that took my order asked Carrie to come she replied back to him In Spanish which I dont know and walked away from the counter I asked him did he relay the message he said yes and that she was coming she proceeded to walk back and fourth I stopped her again to ask her myself for a refund she said she told her supervisor The supervisor came from by the bathroom no where near her to say she told her supervisor supervisor came I told him what happened even down to her lying about telling her supervisor to refund me Im completely mortified I have never experienced this not even from the bottom of the barrel restaurants

Can a business steal from their customers? This is the question I was left with on my most recent visit. After placing my order and approaching the first window to pay I looked at the team member funny because the total seemed a couple dollars more than I was expecting. Upon reviewing the receipt I noticed that my meal was automatically upgraded to a large, which I did not request. The team member who took my payment was not the one who took my order but I informed him that I did not request a large. I should also mention that my order was not confirmed nor displayed for me to confirm. He told me (paraphrasing) "if you do not say medium, then they are told to automatically ring it as a large". He offered to fix it but I told him not to worry about it. This is a dishonest practice. I'll be sure to specify in the future.
