Visited on Memorial Day 2k22 for a bite to eat. I sat for 10 minutes before driving to the window because no one came to the speaker. When I got to the window, I asked the young lady if they were open and she said they are but I’d have to come inside to order. No problem. As I was walking out I see a car pull up to the window and get food and I’m immediately confused. Then comes a line of people ordering at the speaker!!! Which means they didn’t want to work and expected me to just drive off to think they were closed. I should’ve checked my bag before leaving because I was given RANCH instead of MARINARA sauce for my cheddar bites so I had to come back inside. The other lady who was apparently preparing the food tells me they’re changing the sauces soon, therefore they’ll be using ranch instead of marinara. If that’s the case, when the change takes FULL EFFECT, I want what I paid for, not what’s to take place in the future. Poor customer service and the only thing that wasn’t cold was my fries. The chicken tenders tasted like they’d been cooked and put back in the grease to warm up 😑

Used to have a 3 star review but now changing it to a 1 star. The picture provided says it all, "Be a part of the BEST CREW" Yeah ok, what a lie that is!! Made an online order to be picked up, got charged after order was complete, drove to this location and found that there was 30 cars waiting on the drive thru. So I called twice and no one answered, but I could see people hugging a wall, laughing and talking to other co workers right near the phone. Then I drove through the drive thru to ask about the order I made 30 mins ago(had to wait 20 minutes in line to speak to someone) and they told me the food was already done. Got the food and was missing sauces, and coleslaw. Once I got the food it was so cold from being done and sitting for almost 30 minutes. Why does this location not answer any phones when ppl order online? If you have 30 + cars in a line, there should be someone ready to deliver hot and fresh online orders. Well sorry, not at this location. Never going back, horrible service at this location.

Just received excellent customer service at Zaxby’s 12/30/21 around 4:00 pm from the staff and one person that stood out was Courtney. She was very personable, funny and displayed great customer service. I will be coming back from this experience alone. Thank you Zaxby’s for hiring such great people.
