Mcdonald's

Paid for a spicy chicken meal that comes with fries and a drink right? I ordered an additional L fry and had a reward coupon for a free L Fry. Well the cashier who is slow in the head decided to use my reward coupon for the fry in my meal. She decided to substitute to whatever she wanted. And all though she repeated my order right at the speaker, when i get to the window she is refusing to give me an extra fry. Clearly the White cashier lady doesn't know what she's doing. (stopped by for breakfast and she got my order wrong then too) Veronica who is the manager came out to "assist" us had a nasty attitude. We showed the receipt and and explained what happened and she made it seem like we were lying just to get a fry. She did not understand anything and wasn't even trying too. ( I speak Spanish so we were on the same pg) Veronica was rude and ugly and gave me a sandwich that was all beat up, pretty sure it was on purpose. Anyways I will not be returning to this location. I need to leave McDonald alone for a while anyways.

Who pays $12.45 for a kids meal...NO ONE! But that is all they tried to give me in the drive thru. I told the worker I also had a Big Mac MEAL. She returns with a BIG MAC...then I have to ask about the fries & she had the nerve to give me attitude!! WTH...I paid for TWO meals, your screens & the receipt should have been enough. It is RIDICULOUS to have beg & plead for my food!!! Let's not forget all the fries were NASTY & COLD!!! & what's up with this EXTRA SMALL container of fries in the kids meal. The paper container held more than this!!!
