Worst place to get some fast food from… i sat in traffic about 30 min to get here and I have 3 kids on the back hungry I am 25 weeks pregnant craving a whopper as I get to the drive thru I order give them my fist coupon from bk app cool then I told him I have a second coupon the nice gentleman says you can only use 1 every 4 hrs I said okay that’s fine, then this so call thinking she a big shot assistant manager comes on rudely and says yes only one blah blah blah am like ok I heard the guy tell me that, she makes it clear this is the assistant manager your speaking to I replied I didn’t ask who you are nor ask for an assistant manager there is no issue here. Says she’s denying me business. Why because your so call assistant management powers were not needed. She said was calling the cops because I am blocking drive thru, but comes outside and when she sees me says we’ll of course she’s Hispanic so why the need to be racist also ? I guess she sleeps good thinking she has a role, I know power i am General manager to a high class restaurant have been for the last 6 years, she’s just a back up! Hard to believe someone like her is left in charge when she knows nothing about managing. There is no way she would ever have a job outside the fast food industry. So I contacted corporate already! And HUGE BIG HUGE change at the Burger King on Thornton rd worth the drive over here and I explained to them how horrible the veterans location was and give me one of my meals for free because they hear all the time horrible comments about that location. Good luck for who ever goes there.

This day was one of the better days because usually when I come to this location the service is terrible and the food is cold. As well as being told they don't have condiments for hours the truck hasn't delivered 😕 the worst part i came 2 days ago my spouse and I ordered 2 of the #3 impossible Burger Combo's with cheese on both. The clerk took our order at the menu window drive through both Combo's with cheese but as we gotten to the window she said "oh I didn't put cheese on one of your Combo's, but can give you the cheese separately on the side" my spouse paused and she said well is that gonna be a problem than snatch the bag and said I'll just give you another", Wow, why so Rude??? This location the clerks are so terrible, SMH!

One of the best locations. They are usually packed when I come here but they move fast and they get you in and out. The staff is always pleasant even if they don’t want to be there. My fries is always fresh and that is a major plus! Oh and when you ask for extra sauce it’s not an issue which is also a major plus! Always a great experience!

Garbage staff. Immature, incompetent, and lazy people. I see the score dropping consecutive month over month. Diner off limits cause it's trash nasty. He'll this location can't even keep enough employees to stay open normal business hours. I bet a "big mac meal" it's closed in less than 60 days. Ohhh and don't forget about the tent city full of bums and methods attacks literally beside the drive thru. See photos

This is the fish sandwich being served at Burger King for $5.00! Not a good value for the money - patty is small and thin (should be $3.00 at most). The one I received was overcooked and I requested a fresh one. The manager was very unprofessional and kept calling me baby (I'm almost 70yo). I asked her not to refer to me as baby and she slammed the drive-thru window in my face and walked away from the window. Sat there until she returned. Contacted Burger King corporate office to report the incident and waiting for their response to such rudeness. Referring to patrons as baby or sweetie, and being disrespectful should not be acceptable in the work place.

I’m here right now , 7:58 pm... sign on door clearly says dining room open Saturday til 9pm... I’m knocking on windows, and the workers are just ignoring me, no concern about the fact that they are locked and no explanation... but it’s fine. I’m reporting to the district manager and posting pictures of the spot I’m standing and being ignored. They could at least explain the situation like new hours, or something.
