Maudie's North Lamar

Felt like some Josie's enchiladas but didn't want to dine in. Was reluctant to order pickup, wasn't sure how the enchiladas would be packed, didnt want to lose any of that delicious sauce as to me, that is makes them so darn good. I was not disappointed, enchiladas came in their own container, swimming in yumminess while beans/rice came separately. If this is the way they pack their to-go orders, I will not hesitate to order online again.

Had dinner with family. Place was pretty dead, but it was still hard to catch the attention of a server. I found my chicken enchiladas to be incredibly salty and under-sauced. But dad raved about his cheese enchiladas as the best he'd had in a really long time, and bro loved his shrimp taco. I was also really grateful for a diet menu that was more comprehensive than grilled chicken salad, even if I didn't love my pick.
