I ordered two drinks today. Mine was a customized vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The moment I took a sip, I turned my car around to go get my barista’s name. It was Tessa. This is the best drink I ever received from a Starbucks! I know my tastes are simple but this was just 1000% spot on. And everyone was so nice! My sister and I love this location but even more so now. Thank you Tessa!

Was definitely happy with drink that was offered I never cared for starbucks but, that has changed now. Clean place, nice staff, move fast.

The only problem my wife and I have is the fact that our drink (green tea frappe) always tastes different. Most are bad but once in awhile we get a good one. Obviously the recipe is not being followed precisely by every barista. We have talked to corporate and they, in turn, have talked to management but the problem persists.

Great shop, great staff! The store closes at a different time now so call before you go. THANK YOU!! I love the chocolate covered coffee beans!! I am not sure what has changed with the drink formula, but I have been drinking the same thing for 10 years and this has never happened 10 minutes after leaving the drive thru. I will still say this location is one of the best in Indy! ♿️ friendly

The barista was pretty good with recommending a great drink for my cousin as she usually goes to Dunkin but I prefer Starbucks. My cousin loved the drink and said she will start drinking Starbucks more often now that she has found something she likes.

I love this starbucks! I've never had a bad experience here, and today I had a free cold brew but no idea what kind to get or flavor to try and she was very helpful. Also so helpful when I sometimes struggle to find the word I want to say!

My drink was great (no surprise there) but it was disappointing that at 8am they were already out of (supplies) for 2 of their new Holiday drinks, forcing me to get a 2nd choice. The order ahead feature in the app seems unavailable at this location (and many locations near me). The drive thru had, NO exaggeration, 20 cars. I went inside.

The worst run Starbucks in the area. Hands downs. A Starbucks managed by a grade schooler would have more success. Staff is fine - just put in awkward positions by management on a regular basis.
