Dunkin'

I am pretty sure the photo can explain itself. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Yes I got my money back through doordash. But since I called the store multiple times and couldn't get to a live person hopefully the store manager will see this and use it as a learning opportunity. Considering I saw I am not the only one with this issue

I would rate 0 stars if I could. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin before. I order two large coffees, one was a cold brew + 1 shot of espresso & 1 pump of mocha sweetener, one was an ice coffee, with cream & EXTRA cane sugar sweetener and I also order a large water. I received a medium water, the cold brew, and an iced coffee with extra cream & light sweetener. I asked at the window for more sweetener which I would have HAPPILY paid for, the man at the window said “Nah, i don’t feel like ringing that up.” He also rolled his eyes when I asked to be given what I paid for….. I’m sorry but WHAT? Why is he refusing to do his job, why is he being rude to someone who asked POLITELY for extra & then politely once again who asked to be given what I paid for. Please, make this whole ordeal make sense?! Highly disappointed with the service I have received here today. I won’t be coming back to this location. The crew needs a serious upgrade on social skills because the man at the window was rude for entirely no reason.

Me and my son visited this place At about 9:20 in the morning only 3 people waiting for coffee drinks. Sat behind the counter with my son waiting for 5 minutes for hopefully someone to fulfill a 3 doughnut order. Safe to say we ended up walking out because I'm not waiting that long for somebody to ask me what I want. The most pathetic donuts place I have ever been to in my life. Will never return again.

The last 6(at least) times I've ordered they have made my iced coffee incorrectly. Way more cream then the usual. I order online most times and even adjusted for less cream and still am receiving coffees that taste like nothing but cream. Very disgusting and disappointing, I really hope they get it fixed.

Been stopping at this location occasionally on my way in to work for a couple of years. Everyone I have ever dealt with in the drive thru has been rude. I've never felt the need to put in a review over it until today, when the lady coarsely interrupted me while I was picking up an order. The order was wrong, to top it off, but that didn't spoil the visit like the attitude did. Likely won't be returning to this location. Edited approx 5 weeks later: stopped for coffee and was AGAIN rudely interrupted by the drive thru employee. This staff sucks.

I've gone here off & on for the past 3 yrs & used to come here multiple times a week but everything seems to be getting worse.☹️ I quit ordering donuts after the 3rd time getting stale ones . Bc of their location I still get their coffee but learned to request EXACT # of creams bc then i have a better chance of it not being all cream. Now that it's summer I've started coming with my dog, however they CHARGE $1 for the "pup cup" of whipped cream! 😠 Honestly, I shouldn't be surprised, but I've started going to the other DD out of the way bc I'm continually unhappy with this one & definitely don't want to support it anymore
