Buffalo Wild Wings

Stopped here while we were in Indy for an event. We waited for a little while to be seated, but we were seated and promptly asked what we would like to drink. Upon asking what was on tap the waiter said she was new and would have to find out, she was nice and seemed embarrassed. She came back and we ordered our drinks, they came out quickly. We then ordered our food. I got the Wisconsin cheese curd burger w/o tomato. It and the fries were delicious, fresh and hot. This was a good experience, and far better than the last experience I had at a Buffalo Wild Wings back home.

We have tried over and over at this location and not once have they gotten a single order correct. Each time we order 30 boneless wings half honey bbq half Buffalo sauce so I wouldn’t think it would be all that difficult. Tonight there was a mix up with the timing of my online order, no big deal. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting almost 45 minutes they came out with my order and I should have checked before I left but I didn’t because I was tired and hungry. Of course they gave us traditional wings with different sauces and none of the 6 ranch dressings that should come with it. No one will answer the phone so I can’t even try to resolve this with them. We’re done trying with this location.

First of all we always have had wonderful service from there. But last night was really weird. The place was packed, always a good sign, right? Well, we get to the door and the sign on the door said because of staffing they would close at 9pm. Then we get to our table and after we sat and looked at the regular menu they told us there was a "limited" menu. Now we have run into this issue before at other restaurants and that's not a problem whatsoever, but I mean they were working with a "LIMITED" menu. Literally nothing but what they could fry in a Fryer. NO burgers, no chips and salsa(didn't understand that one, I mean it's chips and salsa), they also said they only had a few sauces, not the plethora of sauces they normally have. Then the waitress, who looked like she was the only only one working the floor, told us that only one person was working in the back! ONE! We kept telling her it wasn't her fault when we decided to get up and leave. We just couldn't believe this place was open. I mean I guess the only thing that was keeping it open last night was probably the alcohol, which is sad. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings.

This is a good spot for entertainment they have really nice TVs, a really nice bar at this location. Very spacious, not cramped up. customer service is decent. The only downfall is waiting on your wings but you got to understand they make it fresh to order so it's worth the wait. No images provided in this detailed information due to the hunger pains lolololol.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Avon. There was a sign on the door that said they were serving a limited menu. That meant that they only had Wings, boneless wings, french fries and onion rings. Restaurant was only about 25% occupied. We waited at least 20 minutes before the waitress came to take our drink order. It was another 30 minutes before we were asked what we would like to eat. I understand that everyone is short-staffed. Again there weren't that many customers. The waitress told us there were only two Cooks. I'm not sure how long it takes to deep fry wings... But it seemed like an unreasonably long time. On top of this the waitress didn't bother to clean off tables after customers left. I was very disappointed in the service that we received. We were there for the MMA telecast. I won't be going back.

I would've given my experience 1 star, but they at least got one part of my order correct (my Asian zing wings). Other than that, everything was wrong. I got 10 wings without sauce on them, no celery as ordered,, no ranch as ordered, and a box of "large" soggy fries that looked like the employee just grabbed a handful and tossed them in a box. I don't think Buffalo Wild Wings is what it used to be. Kinda sad
