Papa John's Pizza

I was very satisfied with my order from there! I ordered from delivery and sometimes I worry if everything will be right and warm and I was not disappointed.. BBQ chicken papadia was good first time I had it and the garlic parm wings were good as well.. Also, I enjoyed talking to the delivery guy(short guy with the lancer) he was very respectful and very nice as well!

Came to get my pizza, but they have signs stating only one person in the store at a time. Neither they OR the state police officer in the store are enforcing it. After having to wait outside in the cold, I was finally able to go in and still had to wait for my food. And then, when I got it home, my husband's buffalo wings had no buffalo sauce. This is not the first issue we have had with this store. I did call and complain. I will say that Dee was very helpful and gave us our money back for the hastle.

I order a pizza and had to wait for 45 minutes.Then checking on the pizza it was covered with cheese( I'm allergic to cheese) which I did not order. I talked to the person that delivered the pizza and told me to contact the location. I called the location and had a snappy girl on the phone. That told me I had to wait to 60-90 minutes for another pizza. Rude service. I walked in to the location. Didn't know who was the manger due to all the young and terrible service I received. Never going back to this location in Avon. You lost a customer

Don't order from them . I ordered 2 large pizza , a 8 peice wing qnd didnt deliver my wings. I call to get my wings and apparently they are "too booked" to even put a new order in and tells me theres nothing they can do about it but put some type of credit. Needless to sat now I have a kid who hasn't eating . Way to go
