I wouldn't recommend this location. The hostess seated us with a dirty towel in one hand and had our menus, silverware and napkins in close proximity to that same hand with dirty towel. The same lady rang us out, with same or "new" dirty towel. Either way...gross. The bacon must have been microwaved, because the slices were overlapping each other. The coffee tasted off and I ended up throwing up shortly after leaving the restaurant. They may want to consider practices on proper handling of food, dinnerware and cleaning items. Food safety classes would be beneficial. I know that I will not be returning.

Our waitress was friendly and we got seated right away on a Saturday morning. Those were the only positives because the food was terrible. We ordered the new bacon appetizer, the black pepper maple honey. It looked so good on the picture on the table, glazed, crispy, peppery. What we were served was a basket of 5 soggy slices of bacon sitting in a pool of sticky liquid that was as runny as maple syrup and had no pepper on it. It was impossible to pick and eat, it was a sloppy mess that cost us $4.99. We then waited another 20 minutes for our eggs. She asked if we wanted peppers and onions in our shredded has browns, we accepted and paid the upcharge. My husband got raw peppers and onions and I just got raw onions, they were thrown in at the last minute. Everything was so over salted it was ridicuous. Back to Cracker Barrel for us.

If I could I'll leave no stars, this was the worst experience I've had in a bob Evan's, we went to try it because we just moved around the area and we wanted to try all the places around us. Well the waitress was rude, we waited for our food for 30 minutes and it arrived cold, the place wasn't busy at all so idk why they took a while, then the food tasted terrible... Unseasoned, raw pancakes, plastic in one of them, my banana bread was super cold like it was thawed out 10 minutes before serving, we didn't ate much of what we ordered, when they brought the check I told the waitress and she got super mad at me and told me to talk to the manager that it wasn't her problem, we went to pay and they asked how was our experience and I told them "oh not so good" the cashier responded "oh ok". To be honest they were racist and hostiles and they didn't care about it.

We will never order pickup from here on a holiday again. Orders were not ready as people were lined up and waiting 1.5-2 hours for their orders. Do not order the potato soup. It is just potatoes with the macaroni sauce. The macaroni and cheese is awful! The staff was unprepared for the amount of orders they had accepted. Never again!
