I was unsure what to expect, having read the reviews of this branch. We were presently surprised by what we found. There was the normal Zizzi's menu, which has lots of options, especially for vegetarians. The service was pretty quick, especially for our mains. The wait to order our desserts was a little longer, but still not too long.
Our food was hot, well cooked and delicious. The restaurant was clean and well presented.

Good food. A little slow on waiting for food. However Staff very friendly. Would not like to be their if very busy. I believe they need more Staff and that's down to Management

Went for grandson's birthday. I had the pork dish. The pork was very nice and the potatoes it comes with were delicious both were nice and hot, it was served with heritage carrots which were only lukewarm which spoiled it for me. The other dishes, pizza and pasta were good. The young lady who served was lovely and nothing was too much trouble, it makes such a difference to a meal when you are looked after.

Went as a party of 10 for birthday celebrations we had a fantastic experience!!! Food was delicious hot and served by the most delightful waitress ,nothing was too much trouble even though it was exceptionally busy.
Would definitely recommend!

Came for an early dinner with our nearly 1 month old baby. Had a lovely relaxed, leisurely meal. No stress or no pressure to eat, pay and leave quickly. There was plenty of room for us and the baby buggy. Great food and lovely staff.

We have ordered some dishes marked as Zizi's favourite. Taste was decent.

After a very poor experience In May we wrote to the Manager who invited us back advising the service we received is not what he would have expected.
We went back in a busy Saturday evening, the waiting staff were fantastic and the Manager was very hospitable. He had a couple of difficult situations to deal with however remained friendly and professional at all times. He was also really approachable.
We would definatley go back again now and the staff last night completely restored our faith

Went for a a pre-theatre dinner with the family (oldies down to teenagers). It was busy but not packed, the staff were a little slow to take our drinks and food orders but once they did service was quick. The food was nice, everyone enjoyed their meal, but quite small portions (apart from my sons pizza which looked fab!), glad I ordered the side of veggies! A little pricey but not unreasonable. And we would go back!
