I like this place - they can cook! Food is pretty damn good... and we're pretty damn picky eaters. Having eaten here about maybe a few hundred times over the years - I've never had a bad dish - always been great... and the kids enjoy it too (which is highly surprising). Keep up the great work guys!

I ordered Malai Methi Paneer for takeaway. I found a chicken piece in it. I am pure vegetarian and can’t expect this to happen. Immediately called back the restaurant and someone took the message and assured us that the owner will call in 5 mins. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t received the call back. Worst ever experience and won’t step in to it again. Planning to report to the respective authorities in food quality and control.

Customer service is poor. I asked him over the phone if there is anything for kids which is not hot at all. He recommended 'mithi rice' which is very soft and not hot. We were driving from long way and spent a night in that area. When I took food home, kids were very hungry waiting for it. It was disappointing, food was hot and I had rush to McDonald's again. Would have been told the truth.

We have been here many times in the past their food is delicious. I am sorry to say last nights dinner was shocking we booked for 6 people it was our sons birthday he loves their butter chicken the restaurant was freezing when we asked for the heater to be turned on the waiter bought a portable heater to the table and showed us the plug he had no idea of where to plug it in so he took it away and we froze, I wanted to walk out at that point, we sat for over an hour before our order was served, not even the cans of coke were given to us until my husband mentioned it for the 3rd time the person serving struggled to understand English, we asked him why the delay he said no staff, the people coming for takeaway were all angry at having the wrong orders and a longer wait time, when our meal arrived the order was wrong and my meal wasnt forthcoming when we mention it to the waiter he just crossed it off the bill We went to the toilets and were absolutely filthy, how they havent a health officer in there is beyond me it makes me shudder to think what the kitchens hygiene is like. We understand staff shortages but do what other restaurants do dont have sit down meals use just do takeaway and have an English speaking person take the phone orders, your business will suffer for all the negative internet and word and mouth comments if you dont do something. This was our favourite Indian restaurant.
