Subway

I went into this store today (1601 Sturt st, Alfredton ) to get a sub, I already think this store is very ordinary but it’s the closest to my home. When I went into the store what I can only assume was the owner was in there working with three other younger female staff. He wasn’t wearing a uniform nor was he wearing a name badge. He was so rude and aggressive to these young girls. One was visibly shaken, she looked like she could burst into tears or throw up at any second from the way he was speaking to her. I have never experienced such poor managing in my whole life. This man couldn’t even look his staff in the face, he was a sad excuse for a human being. He shouldn’t even be referred to as a man. I hope you read this as you need yo take a long hard look at yourself, you will meet your match one day. How dare you speak and treat these young girls the way you did. This is exactly why young people don’t want to work. I will never ever give this store a cent and I will make sure that I let all my loved ones know not to either. You are clearly miserable in your own life. The subway brand would be disgusted to know you are a part of their brand.

Very disappointed with the inconsistency of prices, my salad bowls are just slapped together with no care. Previous staff were more caring. Even though I usually buy the same thing and never know how much I'm going to pay for it. Sometimes they don't have the cutlery or bowls. You can always go into bigw and buy what you need we are just next door

Horrible service wish to give negative rating. Girls in front does not know anything. Did not know how to serve and prepare the footlong. Everything was spilling out from the pack and it was burnt. When asked questions to the girl she was unable to justify the price. The owner came to discuss and his attitude was rude and athetic. He was so arrogant to talk and explain the prices and deals. Took 5 foot longs and got charged for 6. He doesnot know how to deal with customers. Never going to this subway again. Wanted to complain about the owner to higher authorities. Telling all my friends on personnel level to not visit this subway. Ridiculus person and service.

I went in today to get my usual pizza melt. As soon as they took it out of the toaster oven they asked for my salad choice and I said lettuce as usual and after that when I asked for tomato they added tomato sauce, not the actual tomato. I didn’t even get to choose my veggies at all. I had to finish it off at home

Was one of the worst subway places I've ever been too. Behind their counter they had broken doors on their machines. The salad was old and gross, the girls where rude, I was made to rush through my order so I forgot half the ingredients. The sub wasn't even worth feeding to my dog. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there

Horrible subway experience via drive thru. Was so rushed by the kid taking our order, it was a joke. We had more than one sub order so we were asked to come to the window, once getting there we realise there is no menu there to reference for the rest of our order? Such a dumb thing to ask customers to do. Ended up looking on a food delivery app just to see what options for salad there was. Kid taking our order had zero customer service and was annoying to have to deal with. Never again.
