Pho Bac Restaurant

The Pho at this place has completely changed how I think about comfort food! Definitely the best Pho I’ve had. The service has always been impeccable. I do prefer the dining experience over delivery. Now I have pho at least 4 times a month! I’ve recruited most of my friends too and they can’t shut up about it either.

I recently dined at this establishment, and the overall experience was a blend of highs and lows. The positives certainly outweighed the drawbacks, making it a place I'd consider revisiting. The food quality was a standout feature. The dishes were served fresh and piping hot, showcasing a commitment to using quality ingredients. Portion sizes were generous, offering excellent value for the price. Customer service was a highlight of the evening. The staff exhibited grade-A service, striking a perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us the space to enjoy our meal without feeling overburdened. The shrimp and crab egg rolls were a definite highlight of the evening. They were undoubtedly some of the best I've tasted in a while, leaving me only wishing there were more than two on the plate. The burst of flavors was exceptional. The shrimp fried rice, while good, leaned on the salty side. The savory taste somewhat overshadowed the other flavors, but it was still enjoyable. The Pho, although a good portion, lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. It fell a bit short of my expectations in terms of taste, leaving room for improvement. Despite the minor drawbacks, the positive aspects of this dining experience ensure that they will see me again. The dedication to freshness, attentive service, and standout dishes make it a place worth revisiting for a more nuanced exploration of their menu.

Pho Bac in Baltimore exceeded my expectations for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience. From the warm ambiance to the impeccable service, every aspect was delightful. The menu at Pho Bac offers a fantastic array of Vietnamese dishes, each bursting with flavors. The pho, in particular, was a highlight—rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. Kudos to the attentive staff and the culinary team at Pho Bac. I can't wait to return for another satisfying meal!

Thought their pork banh mi and spring rolls were not too memorable compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to. However, I recently tried their combo pho and thought was one of the best I've ever tasted! The broth was super flavorful and the ingredients were fresh/prepared well. The server did mess up our table's orders but able to address it quickly. Will definitely return!

Went for lunch. Legit bahn mi. Bread on point and crusty/flaky on the outside, fluffy soft on the inside. Got the combo sandwich, nice portion/balance of meat and veggies. Got the summer roll too- fresh ingredients. Vietnamese iced coffee strong as I like it! Will go back and try their pho next time.

FRESH, FLAVORFUL, DELICIOUS!!! We thoroughly enjoyed a Vegetarian Pho and a Grilled Chicken and Rice dish. The Pho vegetables were fresh, noodles plentiful, and broth so light and flavorful. We loved it. Likewise the chicken was perfectly grilled, with ample flavorful rice, and wonderful salad. More than enough for two of us. Service was outstanding. Restaurant is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the upstairs ambiance. If you enjoy Vietnamese food we Highly Recommend this small Canton neighborhood restaurant!!
