Pizza Ranch

Friendly staff tonight. Just not sure why they insist on screwing up the chicken by cooking the chicken breastfeeding the way that they do! They rip them open and way over cook them. Not sure if they got someone sick in the past, but please stop this! Update 02/08/2022, we stopped in at 7:20 pm there was very little chicken and what there was was old and dry. They did not put any more out the rest of the night. We only stop here because our kids love pizza ranch so much but the last few nights that we have stopped have been horrible!

Everything seems fine when you walk in but it is quickly met by no clean tables, sticky floors and the bathroom was flooded. They also ran out of multiple items on the buffet which never got replaced the entire time we were there. The young lady taking plates from tables came to our table with a stack of dirty plates from different tables and set them on top of our dirty plates right in front of us while we were still eating. That disgusted me enough to leave and when we left the tables that were dirty when we walked in still hadn’t been cleaned.

In the area traveling…False advertising - went for supper last night because their website said they were open until 8. Got there at 6:05 to discover they decided to close at 6 instead. Returned the next day instead for lunch at 11:40. They charged us $13.99 per adult for lunch even though their website advertises $11.79. I was disappointed they were serving breakfast items on the hot bar…employee said they don’t switch it over to lunch items until 2-3:00??? Fine if I wasn’t being charged dinner prices and then being served scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Other items unavailable, including ones advertised on the table included blueberry cactus bread, spinach, cherry tomatoes, etc. two of the 6 chairs at our table were missing bottoms causing the chairs to wobble. Very disappointed, our $50 would have been better spent elsewhere because this was not the legendary guest experience we were looking for.

We are in this area a few times per year and this is the first time we stopped at this Pizza Ranch. We found it to be a very positive experience! Everything looked and tasted incredible...as my photos show. There is nothing negative we could say about our visit. The staff was constantly running to ensure tables were clean and our used plates were removed from our table. We will more than likely be returning here when we are in the area! I highly suggest this as a place to take in some great food!

VERY disappointed, waiting over 5 minutes at the register. My husband and mother in law walked the ENTIRE restaurant. Could not find one employee working. We even called while standing in the area to pay. Phone was ignored. We weren't the only ones that walked in and out during a 15 minute time span.

Decent selection of pizza. Cactus pizza (dessert pizza) is the best! This is a buffet style restaurant so keep in mind the pizza won't be quite as fresh as if you ordered it. You do have the option to order a specific pizza to your table and pick as many slices as desired before the rest gets put out on the buffet line.
