The one star goes to shift managers and owners. If you can only have two people behind the counter and have a 30 minute wait, why even keep the doors closed. The employees working were doing okay so that’s not the problem. This is with the drive thru closed so you have to come in. No longer a customer of this location. Thanks

So when we got to the intercom to order our food the girl said one moment pls. After about 45 mins of waiting she asked for our order. We ordered a famous mashed potatoe bowl, popcorn chicken and nacho fries. When we got to the window to pay for our order the young lady was already talking reckless about a customer and on her cellphone. Then she proceeded to say my bad, your total is X amount. She then fixed a fountain drank and left it there so the soda continued to run completely over. She then went to get our food which took another 15 mins. There was another lady at the counter in the store running her mouth the whole time and not helping out. Soooo after we got our food after an hour in line all together, the nacho fries we ordered were actually regular fries, and the mashed potatoe bowl was old with old chicken and saran wrap verse a lid. So the bowl was at the bottom of the bag so it got completely squashed. We won't be going back to this KFC in Belton. The are the absolute worst!!! If i could give zero stars I would!

Today 3/1/2022 6:45 p.m. check the cameras managers reading this... I know you are... My wife ordered inside. The person in front of her was already mad because they were waiting for 45 minutes for their order. She said the cook came out from behind the counter cussing and said no refunds. Then he and the others proceeded to stand around talking on their cell phones for awhile, not taking orders, not being at all representative of a decent employee. This place has steadily declined in food quality, and customer service as well. My wife just had to wait an hour. Honest to god an HOUR for a single combo due to employee attitude, incompetence, and who knows what else. How embarrassing of a company to allow this kind of behavior. It ain't the first time trust me.

First off they’re always out of something. Went on a rainy day and the girl at the window is complaining abt having a few cars in line and says “ I don’t know why everyone wants to come here, Burger King has chicken too”.... Go today and she said “ it’s cash only and KFC only”... When they do have what you want, you have to wait 30 mins and half of what you order is cold.

Bless their hearts Covid is tearing them up. Wait was terrible, food tonight was bad, order super messed up. Everyone was waiting a long time. People waiting on Chicken finally just left after being told they didn't have the chicken after already waiting for it a good while. We had taco bell and noone enjoyed it. The employees were nice and kind and after covid maybe things will be better.
