We came from out of town, and made reservations for a bachelorette party on Saturday night at 7 and had the best service! Rusty was our waiter/bartender and there was another waitress (didn’t catch her name but she was awesome!)- they were both so attentive and friendly. We had such a great time and the food was exactly what we needed!!! They made us feel right at home, we will definitely be back.

Excellent on all counts. Food, drinks, service, all met or exceeded expectations. Everyone at the table despite reservations about duck loved the preparation done at Citizens.

We went to dinner for the first at Citizen and will differently be back. The food was the best in Bend that we have ever had! A little more expensive, but the food was worth the price.

Great food and service. This place should be on the radar of all foodies. Although I will be sad when everyone discovers it and I can no longer get last minute reservations.

Absolutely fantastic food and drinks. I was surprised it wasn't busy. Salmon cooked perfectly. Beef cooked perfectly. Chicken wings with a fermented chili sauce... this may come as a surprise, but they too were cooked perfectly. Hats off to the chef and bartender there!
