St. Charles Corner Cafe & Cascades Deli

I had a procedure on on my colon on Thursday,Nov.2nd. and stayed there till Sunday Nov.5th. at room No.533. Nurses are so nice very dedicated to their work. I can'nt remember all nurses who had taken care of me, but there were Kayla, Clayton, Emma, Jessica, Leah. Katy, Kathleen, and some more. All are very kind and dedicated. Last day when I was waiting to be brought to main entrance, Kayla gave me a bag of my prescription. She was panting. She went by stair way to pharmacy running down and up to 5th. floor to give me the prescription. It was not her responsibility to do that. Thank you Kayla and everyone.

I ended up being seen in the emergency department and admitted overnight. I have nothing but the absolute best to say about all of my care and all of the people involved in it. This hospital is truly exceptional and everyone I interacted with was extremely caring and kind. Everyone from the emergency department physician, Dr. Rosenberg, both hospitalists, Dr Query and Dr Taylor, Dr Clover of hematology, all of the nurses, techs, CNAs and other staff were very professional and compassionate. The facility was beautiful and very clean. I was impressed that they even had an IV therapist, dedicated EKG technician, and great nurse staffing ratios. The hospital community pharmacy was wonderful as well and made it very easy for me to get my medication‘s as I was traveling away from home. The prices were very affordable at the pharmacy. Overall, I cannot recommend this hospital or the staff any higher. I am very thankful for the excellent care I received during this difficult experience for me.

Nothing but high praises for the staff at this hospital. Nearly every member of staff that I encountered is friendly, caring and attentive to my needs. My surgeon, Dr. Thompson, is the best Dr. I’ve ever been around. He truly cares about his patients and went above and beyond my expectations. The nursing staff are incredible and very attentive.

I'm a long-haul cancer patient for four years. Three surgeries and multiple encounters, I've been treated very well. Most recent encounter began in the ER. Delighted to find they now have security in the waiting area and I felt so much safer. My wait wasn't too long, everyone was courteous and they diagnosed my issue. Was admitted quickly, the coordination between treating doctors was excellent, orders were fast, nurses and auxiliary staff were kind and well-trained. The food really wasn't horrible, either! I had salmon tonight and it was great. There's only so much they can do with dietary restrictions so I feel it's decent. I was here during COVID and staff shortages, too. All in all, these angels of mercy did the absolute best they could during uncertain times. A special hats off to the hard working people at the Cancer Center. Especially Dr Emily Berry and Kara. If you have any kind of girlie cancer, they are experts. Truly, this facility has taken supremely good care of me for four years and counting. My family is eternally grateful.

I gave birth to my very first baby in this hospital in December 2022 and I had the most amazing experience. Doctors, nurses and midwives were amazing the whole way through. My labor went much faster than anyone expected and they were able to quickly set up our room to prepare the world for our little man, without making me feel stressed about a thing. The woman delivering my baby was on lunch went my body decides it was time and not only were the nurses more than capable of getting me through the experience but my doctor cut her break short to come assist and help with the aftercare ❤️ I’m so grateful for St. Charles birthing center!

I’m tearing up just writing this because my experience was so amazing. Transferred from the ER in Redmond and eventually diagnosed with MS. They set me up with health insurance, answered all our questions, were super kind and thorough. Every single person was wonderful. Facilities are clean and beautiful as well. Went there for regular doctor visits and mental health ones. Dr. Eden Fair (family care) was amazing and kind and observant. The psychiatrist was also wonderful and gave me a thorough interview and good questions to answer in order to diagnose me and get me back on meds. Wish I didn’t have to move away so I could keep getting care there.
