Subway

During times of covid and given how bad it is you would expect the staff to be practicing correct health and hygiene. I just watched my sandwich wrap being made by one of the staff members after they had just served someone else, take money and use the money till with the same gloves that they prepared my wrap. Absolutely disgusting! I’m not one to complain and threw my wrap away as I couldn’t stomach eating it.

Just like the other reviews here, terrible experience with subway Bendigo. Ordered through menu log and received the wrong order, tried calling several times but they don't even answer their phone. Went into store and requested a refund but was told I have to go through menu log to receive it even though it was not menu logs fault. The rude male that served me laughed in my face when I told him I wasn't happy about this, 0 customer service or care given.

Bad service. Old Italian bread that was powdery after toasting. The girl with glasses left my order snd went to cater to uber delivery leaving the cheese to go cold. The other girl with too much hair ( is this allowewd in catering?) that covers her eyes does not know to make a sandwich, nor wrapping the sandwitch. Perhaps not trained or her first day. No olives today. I have a bad sandwitch now to eat. Dissatisfied, moving on..
