Rek-lis Brewing

We love Rek-Lis and have been coming to Rek-Lis for years!!! Hiring Rek-Lis for our wedding was a game-changer! We're still savoring the incredible experience they brought to our special day, and we can't recommend them enough. The food served by Rek-Lis was simply outstanding. From the first bite, it was clear that we had made an exceptional choice. The flavors were vibrant, the presentation was impeccable, and our guests loved it! Amazing food and amazing service. The nachos with pulled chicken were incredible, and the burgers and chicken tacos were superb. The beer flights were decently priced and delicious. Chicken is smoked in-house according to our server, who was the best server we had our entire long weekend trip. We got there right as they opened, so no wait for a table, but there was a line forming as we waited for the doors to unlock. The food was so good I almost forgot to take pictures of it beforehand.

This brewery had been on the list to try for some time and it didn’t disappoint. The grounds were immaculate from the start. After putting our name in we went to the Pint House out back for a drink while waiting. The Pint House is large, well decorated and had an incredible outdoor area out back. Once seated we tried the Brussels sprouts and pretzel which were both good. The fried chicken sandwich and falafel platter were also delicious. We did not have a single bad beer and got some great merch on the way out. This is a must try.

We stopped here for dinner while driving through Bethlehem and loved the charming atmosphere and diverse menu options at Rek-Lis. We thought the Mexican Street Corn Nachos were an awesome concept but could have benefitted from more toppings. The Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Ponzu Mushroom noodles were both nice but pretty average. For beers, we had the stout and the red ale. Both were good but nothing exceptional.

Very nice dinner in the Rek-Lis yesterday. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table with our family of 4. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was good. My two kids both had the tacos which were decent portions but not crazy. My wife had the vegetarian burger which was okay but not special and I had the smoked chicken which was good and spicy. The atmosphere is buzzing, the food arrived rapid (a bit too fast almost) and the beers were very nice. All in all a good experience.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here from the time we pulled in to the time we left. Staff was extremely friendly and made intentional and meaningful conversation- we had our kids with us and they showed us to the upstairs room with the pool table and cozy couches while we waited. The vibe here is amazing and the food was creative and super flavorful. We actually came back for a second time during our camping trip. Absolutely beautiful!

This is a great spot to grab food and relax after hiking. We came here for lunch with our dog and were able to get outdoor seating. The chicken tacos were especially good, and I would definitely get them again. The fried chicken sandwich is also a solid option and the fries it came with were (in my opinion) just about perfect.

This was the 2nd time we’ve come here while driving up through NH. Service was quick and especially friendly. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the beers, etc. We got the mac & cheese and the steak tips. They were served less than 10 minutes after we ordered. The outdoor area is beautiful. Upstairs has pool and some other games for you to enjoy.
