A cute little shop on Main Street in Bethlehem. Parking available on street in front of the shop. This shop offers high end chocolates for everyone to enjoy. The truffles and chocolate sea salt caramels are my favorite!! The quality of these chocolates cannot be met elsewhere. Inside the shop there is a small area where you can sit and enjoy your treats!

Only tried two pieces of their items but I really recommend the rose water buttercream!! I thought it’s gonna be super sweet but no! They well balanced the flavor with the general sourness of the berry.

Owner Arlene's passion is reflected in the quality of the chocolate treats available at this small but wonderful shop across from the Hotel Bethlehem. The Bourbon-maple chocolate cups and marshmallow chocolate cups are my favorites though everything I had was tasty. I was only in town for two days, but I made time to go back and stock up for the road.

Sweet little candy shop in every way! Inviting from the outside looking in through a big window decorated for Christmas and pleasant sitting inside looking out watching people and cars pass by while sipping delicious hot chocolate The shop was uniquely decorated, clean and comfortable. Staff was just as nice as could be, very helpful and accommodating. Their chocolates were the best in Bethlehem! Chocolate Lab is at the top of our list for a return visit!

This shop offers a great selection of chocolates either for a special treat or to use as a gift. The floor space is small so sometimes if multiple people are in the shop the crowd can dissuade me from shopping. Similarly, due to crowds and pushy customers, it can be difficult to get service. If you are patient, however, the chocolate is very good.

I want you to chocolate lab as part of a walking chocolate tour of Bethlehem. we went into the store and the owner gave us to talk about the history of the store. She obviously put a lot of love into this business.
She explained how she only sources for chocolate from Europe because most chocolate in the United States is diluted with corn syrup and other lesser ingredients. You can definitely taste difference
It's worth the trip. The chocolate is excellent
