Chick-fil-a

I’ve been to this location in the morning for breakfast, the afternoon for lunch and the evening for dinner. They have either gotten my order completely wrong or completely skipped my big white Tahoe in the drive through line completely so I had to place an order at the pay window. One morning my chicken minis were STALE and the bread was hard and cool to the touch. Another day I ordered through the app and sat in the pick up spot for 30 mins only to have the wrong order brought to me, when my correct order was brought out the drinks were missing. When the drinks were brought there were no straws, I told her don’t bother getting any. This last time I went through the drive through and the woman taking the order, walks past my truck and goes to the person behind me so I had to order my food at the pay window. When I told the girl there that I was skipped in line and my order wasn’t taken she showed no concern and offered no empathy. Overall this is the WORST LOCATION I have ever been to and I absolutely love chick fil a. This store is a horrible representation of the franchise. Attached is a tiny example of the many missed opportunities for a correct order. Asked for no pickles and voila.

Management must have changed because this location has gone downhill. I ordered two large fries and they're barely full. I'm not sure who thought this tomato was worthy of a $6 sandwich which. All but one kid in drive thru was too busy conversing amongst themselves to take orders. What's sad is this is one of the "better" fast food places around here. I'll go to Wendy's and pay half price for a mediocre grilled chicken sandwich, at least their fries are crispy.

The drive thru service was the slowest I have ever been to at a chick fil a. They were very disorganized and had the customers having to ask if they had forgot about them. Having 2 lanes and you are only serving one as the customers sit there waiting. Was very poor service. I will definitely not be returning to this chick fil a.

Last few visits have been a disappointment 😕 I will admit they get the cars moved through quickly at this location and are nice folks, but fast isn't always a good thing. Today I ordered and paid for 3 brownies and came home to find that I only got 1 brownie. 😩 The fries here are pretty much never filled to the top and based on other reviews seems I'm not the only one who has noticed this. Seems to me that this is an old Indian trick. Management must be training employees to do this to save a buck 🤷‍♀️. I worked in a fast food restaurant before and know the tricks of the traid. Its unfortunate, becauseit will eventually push customers away! I pay for a large fry but get it filled as if its a medium. I may just start ordereding the medium as I don't like having to pay for something I'm not getting and get cheated. Our meal tonight was OK, fries were half empty and last few on the bottom were dry and pitiful looking. Not hot and felt like I got an old batch or something 😕 I come here often and like supporting chick fil a, but last few time both me and my husband have not been too thrilled with the quality of the food. Its kind of thrown at you and your rushed out and the food in the bag feels just the same the service was. We may just hold off on coming back for a bit to see if they improve. I felt it was necessary to write a review tonight because having to get only half the food and 1 brownie when we clearly ordered 3 was a huge disappointment especially because the food here is not cheap and we paid for it. Feel like of we got cheated.
