Ihop

Jason's service was spot on. The sirloin and eggs were delicious. They weren't the dark and seasoned that I've grown a custom to, but were still very good. My son had the cupcake pancakes, he said they were very good. The hash browns and city ham were good. It was pretty expensive for just the two of us. We don't eat here often, so it was kind of like a treat.

Our experience tonight was sooooo improved over the last time we were here. We were greeted right away and our waitress was really attentive. We were able to order fairly quickly and our food came out within a typically expected amount of time. I'm only taking one star off because they were sitting people in booths next to each other and I was a little concerned about social distancing. I guess technically the booths had added partitions but you still had to walk by each other to get to your table and very few customers were wearing masks (as expected in a restaurant). The employees all were so that was good. I definitely think they are on the right track and we will definitely visit again and hope for an even better experience.

They should have stayed closed. First cup of coffee was cold and couldn't dissolve my sugar. I ordered strawberry banana pancakes and the strawberries were still frozen and pancakes themselves were cold. Both mine and my bfs eggs were cold. His French toast was cold. He asked for warm syrup and they gave him cold syrup. We asked for salt and pepper and they thought we could share a packet. Was so excited that an IHOP was opening closer to home but we are not coming back. UPDATE: Wrote this review while we were still sitting and noticed black mold on the ceiling (see picture) and missing ceiling tiles. Haven't left yet because server is slowwww. Definitely opened this place prematurely.

I have only tried this restaurant one other time and it was a few years ago and not this particular one. However, I'm happy I gave it another try! From the moment me and my family walked in our waiter, Franco, made us felt very welcomed! Franco gave the most excellent customer service I've ever experienced! The food was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be going again soon!
