Olive B's Big Sky Bistro

Great service and atmosphere! Our waiter was really nice and helpful, and he recommended a great bottle of wine. I also had a White Russian, which was delicious. I ordered the pork chop, which was amazing. We also had a few appetizers, including the blue cheese creme brûlée, which were great. Dessert was great, too! I definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Great food, kind staff, and great location! The food at Olive B's was yummy! The only critique I have is the wait on our server, but everyone was so kind and we'd definitely go back! Our table loved the bread and the butter that came along with it. Also, my husband tried the french onion soup and the duck, and thought they were both delicious. Thank you for the great food!

Rick was very friendly, helpful, and listed everything we might like on the spot. He mentioned that they had Bison steak and I went with it. It was amazing. The drinks were great and All the food choices were fantastic and the place was classy. I really loved this place and would come back next time we’re in Big Sky.

Stunning views of the mountainside! Friendly staff. Olive B’s is a great little restaurant in Big Sky. For appetizers, you have to try the blue cheese creme brûlée. I said what I said... Blue. Cheese. Creme. Brûlée. I would have preferred a more profound blue cheese flavor, but I like bold flavors. Theres is definitely more mild. For entrees, I suggest the elk. Where else are you going to have elk? It’s tender, delicious, & perfectly prepared. I also recommend the classic pairing of the French onion soup and the spinach salad. To end the meal, try the spiked hot chocolate. Delicious. It was a great way to end a long day in the snow.

Olive B’s was the best way to end our trip in Big Ski. We had our best meal at this little gem. The atmosphere was ok but the food was AMAZING. I had the duck and it was the best meal on the table but all the other meals did not disappoint either. If you are able to make it to Olive B’s, make it a point!
