Absolutely love this place. Great selection of flavors, decent prices, and the customer service is amazing. This is the place for ice-cream in billings.

The employees are usually young kids and always so polite and helpful. The ice cream and frozen yogurt hit the spot on a hot day as well as a chilly one.

My friends and I did not have Softies in a few years, and we went there a few days ago, and it was great. We all ordered something different EI, Banana and Blue Goo Flavored cones, and a Mango Smoothie. They were great, and instead of being sedentary we decided to go on a walk, because in our opinions, they are the perfect treat to do so. The employees were friendly and efficient. Overall, 10/10 for flavor, staff, and speed.

Amazing mom and pop ice cream spot. You can seat in your car or outside and enjoy the weather if it's not too hot.
Lots and lots of ice cream flavors and combination. Trying the vanilla with toasted coconut next.
