Not as good as we remembered, but this was the first time we've been to this location and it's been a few years since the Fazolis in our town closed up shop. Still good and the food came out promptly and piping hot. The restaurant was clean, though the restrooms didn't have a very clean look (or smell) to them. As good as it was, we ended up leaving a lot of the food behind simply because we weren't "that" hungry and we had a long road trip ahead of us.

They were neat, quick to serve and clean. The staff were nice and efficient, and the food was hot, and spot on. Our waitress even shredded some extra cheese on top of my lasagna. Great staff, great food.

I've always enjoyed going to this Fazoli's. The staff are friendly nice fast. You can't go wrong with unlimited breadsticks you just can't. I for one like the meatball sub which is delicious. I highly recommend it.

Great chicken wings. The sauce doesn't seem to be consistent sometimes it's really hot and sometimes it's not and I'm asking for the medium sauce and I would say make sure they put a fork and napkins in there that's very important. If you like your pizza really done try Fazoli's

Both food and drinks were not worth the trip, bread sticks were very old and the pop tasted like the tower either wasn't cleaned recently or the ice was low for too long. The service was friendly though. Probably one of the least enjoyable experiences at a fazoli's I had in a while.

Unfortunately the first time I went I had an unpleasant experience, but after a representative contacted me about my experience and made up for it, I went back a second time and it was amazing. I had the best customer service I've ever had, the food was great, and it was overall a great place to have a quick dinner date! (And shoutout to the cashier with a short pixie cut, she was one of the friendliest cashiers I've ever had)
