Got lunch here on Saturday. They mixed up my order with someone else's (didn't realize until I got home all the way out in Greene County). They were happy to offer me a full refund, along with some extra cookies. Great customer service. Thanks for making it right!

Called on a curbside order and when I arrived they told me they were not doing curbside anymore. Team member on the phone was rude about the situation. There were at least 3 signs out front advertising curbside pick up. They made me come inside and wait on my food they hadn't started on yet. From when I called in my order to getting my food was a solid 30min. They could have at least called me to come in when it was done. Not going back to PS until there is a vaccine if then.

The bread was delicious and fresh. The place was clean and neat. I had a hard time with the first guy..I couldn't understand him. Next time I will be ready to figure out what he was saying.

Really good food, maybe a little pricey for a college student. I recommend the philly cheesesteak, really delicious.

Love it. A busy place generally means good food. I recommend the Phill Steak & Cheese with roughly 3 or three packets of malt vinegar drizzled into the sub and let it partially soak into the bread.

Has gone down hill. We use to eat here a ton now since covid both times we have gone our food has been messed up. It's not hard to read your tickets honestly they need to get it together.
