My wife and I ordered online on Friday 1/14 through the Chipotle app. We were notified that the store was out of chips and lettuce. The first dish was one taco with barbacoa beef, rice, salsa, cheese, and the first picture is what we received. The second dish was one taco with the plant based chorizo, black beans, rice, and the second picture is what we received. The third order was three tacos with barbacoa beef, black beans, and the third picture is what we received. Whoever made the third order didn't drain the meat or beans so the tacos were soggy, the packaging was soaked through and ended up soaking through the bag that our order came in. I drove to the store and asked the employees if they were able to remake our order. After showing an employee the food that they sent out (maybe a shift lead?), she seemed annoyed and asked me what was wrong with the order. After remaking our orders we finally recieved the correct portions and quality. Through the app I requested contact info for the GM or manager to inform them of fixable issues but was informed by customer service that the local management team would be too busy to talk to me. Chipotle has been slowly getting worse with customer service and food quality for a while. If they paid their workers more and stopped overworking them, I'm pretty sure it would fix a lot of these issues.

I order from this location very regularly. It's incredible to see the fall in quality and consistency in the last 2+ years. for the past several months it's been practically awful. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. The wrong beans, wrong rice, wrong protein, missing multiple ingredients. On top of that they've shrunk their portion sizes by at least a 1/3rd. There is consistently avocado pit in the guacamole - if they have guac which is incredibly rare. They haven't had chips for months now. I understand there is a supply shortage but the drastic drop in quality came long before and now I feel like Chipotle and this location specifically just don't care about consistency or customer satisfaction. Which is fine, we live in a world where corporations don't care about humans. But I am paying money for services! if you don't have the food I ordered, don't just replace it with something else, if you can't afford to pay your workers well enough for them to care about doing a good job - then shut your business down. Of course money isn't the issue...they just don't care. It's shameful. Do not eat here or order from here.

What an unfortunate experience. Prices have gone up while portions have gone down. Then you get to add your toppings and they are out of lettuce! One of the main topping for a burrito bowl. That would be nice to have a heads up before we start ordering. Gentleman making the bowls was nice and outgoing though. Chipotle step your game up.

This place is STRUGGLING! They're only doing online orders and continuously out of options. Plus I was sitting there for 15 minutes after I set my pickup time for. The rice in my burrito bowl was under cooked and crunchy. They didn't even have the food in the main line like the chain is developed for, they were making orders in the back. Go to Los Betos down the street if you want Mexican food

My chicken is burnt and they didn’t have gauc. Which I really only go there for the gauc. But the customer service is always poor at this chipotle

After one too many unfortunate experiences I am done with Chipotle. Don’t waste your time or money on this restaurant. I’ve ordered multiple times online and half of the ingredients are missing because they are “out”. Tonight I attempted to order in person. After waiting about 8 minutes in line I was told they needed to make 9 online orders before taking my order, some of which came in while I was standing in line.

The amount of times that I have come to the store and they are only doing DoorDash or online orders is up to 10+. It’s frustrating because they have employees just standing there that can easily throw together a burrito for you but they will not serve customers in store. Extremely frustrating.

Chipotle seems to be going down hill. Always out of this or that. I’ve taken my wife to every location in Ada county and she’s been let down the last 5 times in a row. There has also been a problem with locations closing early or only accepting online orders. Chipotle seems to be having the most problems out of all the food chains. Not good. An angry wife is not a good thing.
