Panda Express

Won't be spending money here again after today's experience. Ordered online for pickup through Uber eats, and when my husband went to pick it up the people in the store and the manager on duty told him that somebody else had our food. I called to tell them I have confirmation in the app that I ordered for pickup and not delivery and that my order status still shows available for pickup. Instead of attempting to help, I was put on hold without warning once, no response on the phone for about a minute and a half, and when I said there was a problem because they gave my food to somebody else, the manager hung up on me. At no point in the process was there any hint of willingness to help, no apologies made or anything. Now I just have to wait for the order to time out because more than an hour later it's still showing available for pickup, so that I can get my money back.

I used a pre-order option to make my a la carte selections this time. My order was ready right on time & waiting on a rack for me to walk in & just take. Very convenient! My order traveled home well, was hot & ready to eat. Orange Chicken, Beef & Broccili, Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Egg Rolls & Crab Rangoons......all tasted wonderful dressed in traditional sauces of hot mustard, soy sauce & teriyaki sauces! It was a very comforting meal with lots of left overs to enjoy in the days to come.

I usually don't rate fast food spots but this one kind of grinds my gears. I do enjoy Panda as a guilty pleasure and this location is the closest to my home. Taste and quality is fine with the food and no real issues with the customer service but the Quantity is so bad. They are incredibly stingy with the portions, I've been in probably 6 times and its the same every time. I feel a little robbed every time I come here. Paying near 10$ to not be full sucks.

The cheese Rangoons were half cooked, leaving a very unsatisfying experiance.(pictured below) Besides this, they normally have some of freshest, fast, chinese american food. They are honestly better then some sitdown places that cost twice as much. If you are looking for something quick and fresh, this is your place.
