This was my go to place when I was in college, always so much fun. I was there today attending The Phantom Gourmet Food Festival and had a great time, our bartender Andrea took really good care of us. Good drinks, great service!

The bouncer was on a power trip. Poking my head around to see if the bar was worth the cover warranted immediate eviction from this guy. I was meeting up with my friends there, so we had to go to another bar.

I saw the "Mayweather-Pacquiao" fight at Tequila Rain. Everyone was well behaved. There was no rowdiness and their food was pretty good. They also had a nice TV screen to watch the fight.

good service, but food was made cheaply. fake cheese, fake bacon, bent silverware, and staff was not educated on food allergies. take the time to make a reservation elsewhere before going to a fenway event.
also, agree with kerrs assessment. advertised as south of the border, but feels like UNOs

Standing on the patio with my wife, my son and his girlfriend watching Lo Cash at the street party and got jumped by a group of 7 drunks. My son and I were tossed out by the police and my wife, who was knocked to the ground, watched the bouncer shaking hands and laughing with the group that started the fight. I will say, all 7 of them were bigger than my son and I......and the bouncer.

South of the border feel? More like brothel with no toilet paper and waitresses that don't know the difference between Sam Summer and Shocktop. Oh and the AC must be broken... So sweaty. Yuck!!

Fun place. The frozen cocktails for cinco de mayo were a lot of fun. I think going for a holiday party is the best time here.
