Crossroads Pizza

Order at your own risk! We placed an order on Wednesday and after an hour and a half, it never showed up. We called to see where it was and the girl was like, we have no record of your order, or any phone calls. I literally heard the girl on speaker phone take the order my husband placed. There was no apology or anything. We called back a second time once we realized a charge from Crossroads was pending. Still, they took no acceptance. I emailed the manager a screenshot of the charge. The next day there was no reply from the manager so I called and she was very rude and just kept telling me that we have not placed an order since July. I asked for the owner Mark to call me and still nobody called me. What a bad way to run a buisness. My friend even called and I guess the order was somehow cancelled? Well, it would still be nice to have a call back from someone and my money returned. According to our banks fraud department, two charges actually went through. Shame on you Crossroads. I would give zero stars if I could.

I Placed a Delivery order over the phone. Paid with my credit card. they charged my card immediately. 2 hours goes by, food never shows up. (6 pizzas, $140 order) I called the restaurant, they have no record of my order, I go down to the restaurant and show them the charge and proof on my phone that I called.. all I received was a Nasty attitude and refusal to fulfill what I paid for. I have been ordering from Crossroads for years. The customer service has always been lacking but this was the last straw. luckily my bank reversed the charges when I filed a dispute. Sadly, I will never be ordering Crossroads pizza again!!

Ordered a Cheese Burger Special & a Cheese Burger, both well done with Lettuce, Tomatoe & Mayo. The Special comes with Fries, Coleslaw an a pickle. I walked in and ordered it took 15 minutes. Food was good, the hamburgers had a nice char taste which I really love, the Fries were hot and nice crispy! Cost for total under $20.00. Thanks Cross Roads! 😊 Happy Customers!

I have had Crossroads pizza for years as I’ve grown up in Bridgeport. In the recent years it’s been disappointing as the customer service sucks! Anytime I’ve called to order food (the Main Street restaurant), the person taking the order always has an attitude or is short. At first, I thought it was just the young girls they have answering the calls but it’s been other people as well. They don’t have manners and talk like you’re bothering them when they’re the ones working there. I’ve even dealt with bad delivery men from there as well. They even have this attitude when you go inside. No matter how polite and nice I am, it has not changed. I still like the pizza but I don’t order there anymore due to the customer service. It really needs to change as I’ve heard this from several other people as well.

Giving them a 5 star ONLY on food. My coworkers and I order from here at least once a week for years, food is always great! The delivery drivers are 9xs out of 10 great! BUT the customer service is atrocious!! I mean every time we call someone has an attitude! This isn’t a new complaint, I’ve complained about the service for years!

DO NOT ORDER ! - My mother had order their Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad. After purchasing the food, My mother ate her first bite until she noticed the lettuce was nasty. She checked the lettuce to find out the lettuce was OLD. it was slimy and rotten. My mother immediately stopped eating the cesar salad, and after a few hours later of mother eating the cesar salad and only drinking water, my mother started to say she was getting dizzy. she was so dizzy to the point where she collapsed on the floor. after bringing her to the emergency room, the doctors had told us she had received food poisoning. This unacceptable and should be taken serious. Serving expired food is dangerous and puts a bad view on the restaurant. I’m very upset, and will be taking this situation into my own hands.
