Crossroads Pizza

Ordered about 10+ times this year. Below Avg pizza for CT, subs are avg- good.it delivers to 10pm so it beats door dash fees. Last order I called and said my phone broke, so just knock on my door..I live in a house not some giant bldg. I was able to call back after 75 mins of waiting , they said driver called me. No phone , knock. So instead of coming back and fixing mistake, they lose a customer. Rude to boot!

I placed an order and they forgot the curly fries. I have been a customer for a long time and every week I order. After speaking to the person that took my order she argued with me. I told her that I always give a good tip to the delivery drivers and I always protect them from thieves on the streets. After telling her she missed the fries she said I never order them when I have it recorded. I told her I will never order from there again because I was a good customer and she said she don’t care. Very unprofessional and disrespectful after being a loyal customer every weekend. They will never get my money ever again. I was shocked that they disrespected me like that after being a loyal customer.

Bad customer service, won’t be ordering from here for that reason, the lady that answered the phone was not friendly at all and got my order wrong. I asked for cheese fries with gravy and just got dry cheese fries. Their food is good. But I’ll stick to my Beverlys pizza. Even when I went in they weren’t friendly. They have ALWAYS been RUDE and I’m done with them. They will lose a lot of customers, wonder why they don’t have respect for people. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
