Whoever helped us today was Rude while taking our order on Sunday at 10:15 A.M. why should I have to wait to find out if you have the sandwiches when I pay? Why can't you go check and see if u have it or keep up with your inventory? I asked for light ice and got a full cup of ice!! My drink was gone in 2 sips. So annoying. Seems they can't follow simple directions here.

When you are paying $9 for your cup of coffee it should be made proper and the way you asked. Nothing too hard about making a coffee extra hot just steam it extra hot! Lazy incompetent ladies working this store. I asked very politely twice, please steam it extra hot I don’t want a Luke warm latte. So I go back in and have them remake it proper. You get paid by the hour and milk the clock so why rush my hot coffee??

Drive thru was around the bldg so we went inside. No food, limited merchandise, no napkins. Polite staff but slow. My cappuccino had no foam. Large area with tables but honestly the tables & chairs were dirty & disorganized and looked as if a bunch of 7th graders just left the school cafeteria. The Google reviews for this Starbucks weren’t positive but when ya need a Starbucks ya need one right?!?! Skip this location, you’ll just be disappointed :(

Service and staff are great, I dropped a few starts because the coffee itself is getting...meh. I used to like several of the things they had but (and to be clear this is a critique of Starbucks not this story or its staff) the coffee is getting stale mocha tastes like well not really mocha or anything else mocha flavored and that's a shame because the staff at this place really do try to make you happy

Horrible horrible experience! We waited 30 min to get our drinks, which my sister in law still never got! We had to go to the airport and didn't mind waiting 15 but 30!? Numerous of people got their drinks before and after us. I feel we were purposely not served based on whatever issue the girl had behind the counter. Starbucks shame on you!

Starbucks designs all of their stores to look the same, so this one fits their mold of an open floor plan & modern styling. The drive thru is easy to navigate and usually busy. They have indoor and outdoor seating along with public restrooms & WiFi. The staff is always helpful & nice, and they do a good job of getting orders out quickly. 4 stars and not 5 because their music is too loud, I've tried meeting people here and you cannot hear each other talk so we had to move outside.

Slow! The cake pop was amazing! Slow! 2 cars a head of me each car one drink! 🐌 13 minutes later I'm still waiting for my Chocolate croissant! Did I mention they were slow?

Absolutely wonderful, yes sometimes they got my order wrong but immediately they fixed it! Both times my personal favorite Drink is the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher and the Mango Dragon fruit refresher!
Also even when the line is long, the costumer service is great and their wait time isn't that bad either!
