My batter was a bit stodgy but my partners was excellent otherwise I would give it topmarks. Fish itself was v fresh

Really good Fish and Chips. Tasty, fresh, good quality and generous portions. Would definitely have again. Large Cod was so big we joked that it was a dolphin! 🐬 🍟
Chicken nuggets were amazing. Definitely recommend them.

A delicious meal of fish and chips. Chips well cooked and crispy. Not the usual soggy btistish types. Prompt service and a nice place to sit and eat them out of the cold.

had express lunch deals 1 with chicken chunks and 1 with cod and we loved it, good portion and chips cooked to perfection as well. Will come back and try other items on the menu :-)

Have been here quite a few times now since I moved near North Street 2 years ago and have never been disappointed. Last week I had a fish n chips which was virtually perfection, so just thought was at least worthy of a review!

Decent fish dinner here. I went for the cheaper Pollock option and am glad as I wouldn't have wanted to spend anymore. Slightly anaemic chips and the greaseproof paper in the box was useless. North street prices can't really argue with em ay

Great food. Crispy batter on the fish. Good non greasy chips. Didn't have too long to wait. Clean premises. I'll be going back next time I'm down in Bristol.

This has been the best fish and chips I have eaten. Tasty and crispy, cooked perfectly. There is a bit of a wait, but if you want fabulous fresh food, you have to accept that, it really will be worth the wait. I will absolutely be returning for more, and will be sure to reccommend to others

The cod served here is cooked to order and very nice, I usually have chips and mushy peas as well. However, there is always around a 7-10 minute wait for your food. I appreciate you want to serve freshly cooked fish, but surely you can also have a few already cooked and good to go in peak times when you know it will be sold quickly?
